2007-2008 College Basketball Services

Right Angle Sports (established in 1996) is a sports handicapping service headed by Edward Golden. Our primary focus is on college sports, handicapping college football for the first eight weeks of the season and college basketball for the entire season. We do not handicap any other sports during these periods.

First 8 Weeks Only: The 2008 college football service will run from May 17th to July 27th only. At this time the season will take a one month break for the Olympics. We will not provide any service when the WNBA season resumes in late August.

Number Of Plays: We expect to release roughly 60-80 plays (4 to 9 per week), sides and totals combined, over the 10 week span.

Release Times: Release times will vary depending on the betting market. There will be no advanced warnings before release. We expect to release most plays between 7:45 and 8:45 am Pacific on day of game. Certain situations will require release of plays closer to game time.

Play Delivery: All plays will be sent simultaneously via e-mail and text message. We advise setting up multiple
e-mail addresses. Please send additional e-mail and text messaging requests to info@hoopsedge.com after subscribing.

No Write-Ups: To improve the efficiency of the service and preserve value of certain handicapping information, with few exceptions, plays will NOT include write-ups.

Rating & Grading: All plays will be rated at 1 UNIT and graded with a consensus line from major sportsbooks at time of release. All plays will be listed on the Pick Archive page no more than 10 minutes after tip off for monitoring purposes.

Line Movement: Through the first week of the season, lines on sides have moved 1/2 to 1 point and totals have moved 1-2 points within the first 30 minutes of release. It is always advised to place wagers as early as possible and shop for the best numbers to maximize the value of the service.
