Ohio State - Starting #3 WR Roy Hall (ankle) is listed as questionable Saturday vs Northern Illinois.
Wisconsin - Starting QB John Stocco (knee) remains very questionable Saturday vs Bowling Green. As of this writing his status is still uncertain. From coaches quotes it appears that backup Tyler Donovan may be given an opportunity to start with Stocco available to play if needed.
Bowling Green - Projected starting QB Anthony Turner (suspension) is out Saturday. Leading returning WR Corey Partridge (knee) is expected to miss.
Marshall - Leading returning WR Hiram Moore (suspension) is out Saturday vs West Virginia. Projected starter and #3 WR last season Shawn Lauzon (hip) is out for the season.
Oregon - Starting defensive end Victor Filipe (elbow) will be out four to six weeks.
North Carolina - Starting safety Trimane Goddard (foot) is out for the season. Starting LB Durrell Mapp (sprained knee) will not start Saturday vs Rutgers but could see limited playing time. Goddard and Mapp ranked 5th & 6th on the team in tackles last season. QB Joe Dailey (Nebraska transfer) has been named the starter.
San Jose State - Starting defensive tackle Freddy McCutcheon (knee) will miss 4-6 weeks. The Spartans defensive line will consist of a backup and three players making their Division 1 debut.
California - Starting CB and punt returner Tim Mixon (knee) is out for the season.
UCLA - Starting WR Joe Cowan (knee) is out Saturday. Cowan is UCLA's leading returning receiver. Projected starting LB's John Hale (suspension) and Eric McNeal (academics) are expected to miss Saturday vs Utah. Starting DT Kevin Brown (ankle), a preseason all-conference pick, is listed as a backup on the Bruin depth chart due to injury but is expected to play.
Utah - The Utes feature 33 players on their roster from the state of California.
Southern Miss - Starting left tackle Chris Clark (neck) remains questionable Saturday vs Florida. Starting DL Ryan Watson (knee) has resumed practicing but is now listed as a backup.

Texas Tech - Top WR Jarrett Hicks (eligibility) is out Saturday vs SMU.
UAB - Starting WR Nick Coon (shoulder) is out indefinitely.

Clemson - Starting LB Tramaine Billie (ankle) is out Saturday. Starting CB CJ Gaddis (suspension) is out Saturday. Starting LB Antonio Clay (personal) is doubtful Saturday.
North Texas - Starting QB Daniel Meager (concussion) will not play Saturday at Texas. Backup Matt Phillips will start in his place.
Miami, Fla - Starting WR Ryan Moore (suspension) is out Monday vs Florida State. Starting RB Tyrone Moss (suspension) is out Monday vs Florida State. Moore is the teams leading returning receiver while Moss is the teams leading returning rusher.
