Rare nationally televised home game for the Greyhounds on ESPNU. Despite a disappointing start to the season, Loyola has been a different animal at home this year as it is much more conducive to their high energy uptempo style. They are 4-0 here with decisive blowout wins in both of their lined games. They have had some bad road losses which is why we can take advantage of a low line here but this team is filled with talented upperclassmen including transfers Brown, Isreal and Miles. There is no better time than tonight for them to play up to their abilities. Fairfield has lost 7 of last 8 with their lone win at St Peter's in which they overcame a nine point deficit with under five minutes left to force overtime. In their last outing they were hammered by a poor William and Mary team by 21. This will be the third straight road game for the Stags, the last two which involved extensive travel. This will not be helped by Fairfield's inexperience with four of top five minute players being underclassmen, including two freshman. The athletic department has made admission to this game just $1 to get more fans in while students are on break. Expect the Greyhounds to keep their home streak alive with a solid win.
