UC Riverside at Wash State (Over 124.5, play to 129) - 5:30pm Pacific - Game #531-532There are many teams who say they want to play more of an uptempo style this season, UC Riverside is taking it to another level.  First year head coach David Spencer is installing a run and gun offense predicated after Paul Westhead's LMU teams of the late 80's and early 90's who led the country in scoring and regularly played in to the 100's.  This team will actually let you score just to make sure the game is played at their preferred fast pace.  Their lone exhibition game this season resulted in a 162-123 win over Redlands who plays a similar fast paced system.   Washington State is one of the lowest scoring teams in the country the past few years but I expect Riverside games to average somewhere between 180-190 points this season, so even if we subtract 50 points for WSU, this game still should go over quite easily.  Even with recent injury woes Washington State still had 10 players in double digit minutes in their final exhibition game.  They are a bit deeper this year and shouldn't mind getting experience for their new players in a faster paced game.  This line actually opened up 113 at Pinnacle with a $150 max bet.  I still believe it is at least 7-10 points off.
